Azalea Software, Inc. www.azalea.com Bar Code Fonts

When you see a barcode, do you think "font"?

Barcode fonts are by far the very best way to print barcodes. Bar code fonts work with desktop laser printers like HP LaserJets, inkjet printers, and even some dot matrix printers. Printing with barcode fonts is faster than printing with graphic-based tools because fonts are optimized for speed at the printer level.

Bar codes made with barcode fonts can be created on the fly as opposed to pre-made bitmaps. Using barcode fonts to print barcodes means no graphic file needs to be created or stored.

Barcode fonts can be used to print UPC barcodes, Code 128 barcodes, Code 39 barcodes, Interleaved 2 of 5 barcodes, and other barcode symbologies. Fonts work within any application, on any platform. Fonts can be integrated into your existing workflow.

The barcode fonts we sell ship in TrueType, Type 1 PostScript, and PCL format. Our standard font-based products include TrueType and Type 1. PCL is a special order.

A good intro to barcode fonts is our white paper on how to make barcodes. Two other white papers focus on barcode fonts: printing better barcodes and sizing barcodes. Enjoy!

Use our barcode fonts with our barcode plugins written for Excel, Crystal Reports, Visual Basic, Access, and other applications. Play around with our free barcode sample code library. There's no better combination than our barcode fonts and our barcode software together.
