If you need to create POSTNET bar codes for US Mail, Azalea’s POSTools will make it a snap. Making the necessary barcodes for Business Reply Mail pieces or creating mailing labels is simple with POSTools.

We make POSTools for Windows or Apple Macs. Our barcode fonts in POSTools can be used in your spreadsheet, database, or custom VisualBasic/C++ application. You don’t need to use expensive, proprietary labeling software; if you’re doing press-ready artwork or just a mail merge, POSTools is the only tool you’ll ever need.

POSTNET bar codes are used by the United States Postal Service (USPS) to encode ZIP codes on mail. POSTNET barcodes can be created for 11-digit Delivery Point Barcodes as well as 9-digit ZIP+4 codes. The USPS provides significant rate discounts for the use of 11-digit barcodes on all your mailings.

Is all your mailing list data in Access or Excel? No problem, we have free sample code to get you started. Azalea’s sample code contains the encoder that changes your ZIP code information into the POSTools fonts and provides a POSTNET bar code. We have sample code for C++ and Visual Basic, too.

POSTools License Types

POSTools is $99 US per Single User License for Windows or Macintosh operating systems. A Single User License covers installation on one computer and never expires.

2, 5 and 10 year Site Licenses are available for POSTools. Site Licenses cover unlimited in-company installations for 24, 60 or 120 months. A 2 year Site License is $595 US, a 5 year Site License is $995 US and a 10 year Site License is $1,795 US.

We also offer POSTools Commercial Redistribution Licenses, which allow you to incorporate Azalea fonts or other components into your commercial product or service for resale. Commercial Redistribution Licenses are $2,500 US for a 5 year license term.
