Yeah, yeah, bar codes. When you're ready for a break, when you realize your computer screen is dull and boring, when you want a few azaleas in your life, download and install this free Windows screen saver. Another collection of Azalea photos geared towards the Google Pack Screensaver is available on JetCityOrange.
We also have photos you can use as Windows desktop images. Click on a particular thumbnail, save the full-size image on your computer, and then set it as your desktop background. Right click your desktop, Properties, Desktop, Browse...

ASCIIspy is an invaluable utility that displays the ASCII values for the individual characters in a string. This is probably the most useful utility we've written.
ASCIIspy allows you to see inside a string even when it includes characters outside the type-able range including control codes and "invisible" upper ASCII characters. Useful when you're trying to determine what's in a string of characters that don't display properly onscreen.
If you need this, you'll know it and if you use it, you'll appreciate it. The ASCIIspy download includes VBRUN300.DLL.
The Azalea Mod 10 Check Digit Calculator does just that, calculate a mod 10 check digit. Admittedly not rocket science nor are mod10 check digits all that secure. But sometimes it's what you need so here it is.
We all love Adobe Acrobat and PDF files. They're a great way to publish documents that include bar codes in them. PDFCreator is a free alternative to buying Acrobat.
Alien (yes, that's its name) is a free tool to convert between the various UNIX and Linux compressed formats. Things like rpm, dpkg, stampede slp, and slackware tgz. It's free too.
