Begin by contacting us at salesinfo at azalea dot com or 1.206.336.9575, 9 to 5 Pacific Time with your original purchase details (name, email, date, etc.). This will tell us which version of which product you bought. Then we can direct you to the correct web page where you can pay online and download your replacement.
After purchasing and downloading your replacement copy, please burn a CD for backup purposes or store it on an external hard drive or USB flash drive. This eliminates the need to purchase a replacement for your replacement in the event that you lose it too.
